Bplus releases first in-game

Vienna, Austria - Thursday May 28th, 2009,

Bplus, independent software developer, today officially releases the first in-game screenshots of Vektor Tank, the upcoming Wii™ title under development by Bplus.

The screenshots illustrate Flip Control, an exclusive feature that allows players to switch between two totally different gameplay styles directly on the fly, simply by flipping the Wii Remote.

When players hold the Wii Remote horizontally like an NES Controller, the game can be seen from upside-down and the Vektor Tank is controlled in a classic way with the +Control Pad.

Flipping the Wii Remote and pointing at the screen totally changes game play, as the perspective switches to 3^rd-Person View and players are now able to shoot enemy targets freely with the Wii Remote Pointer while being able to move forward with the A Button.

Players can always flip between these two modes, a fact that gives them the ability to react to different situations with great flexibility. They can, for example, play primarily in the great-precision 3^rd-Person View and just switch for a quick overview of the battlefield or choose to mainly use the clearer Top-Down View and switch only when the situation demands it.

Vektor Tank is a totally original genre-mix featuring action-packed shooting gameplay, exciting tactical tank combats against various huge enemies, a destructible environment and of course lots of explosions.

After the success of Niki – Rock 'n' Ball, Bplus does another retro-style game, but this time in a totally different way: featuring classic mid-nineties vector graphics, the game is a real blast to the past.

The game can be played in two-player cooperative-mode and with up to four players simultaneously in battle mode.
